Andrew Williams Jr. Private Placement Programs to advocate MDG 2015

Andrew Williams Jr is a veteran advertising, sales and marketing executive based in  California. His company, Wilcomnet LLC, pioneered the early transition by ad agencies from legacy management to virtual organization using a proprietary network of "personal adverting representatives" now known as PAR eXport Trading Company (http://parxtc.com).

He has spent the past two years building an international network of CEOs, academics and activists with a shared interest in humanitarianism. Andrew is now working to promote "people's diplomacy", starting with the global campaign to eradicate extreme forms of poverty by 2015 in the USA and globally, in a collaboration with The Rosenthall Group (TRG)

THE ROSENTHALL GROUP sets a global standard for transparency in HUMANITARIAN development, mining, Private Placement Programs (PPP), monetizing and trading in-ground assets to make natural resources benefit all.

We are Direct to FIVE Private Placement Programs (PPP) with Trading Platforms

We are developers for humanitarian projects.

THE ROSENTHALL GROUP is an international development company that forms coalitions with governments, companies, civil society groups, trading platforms, investors and international organizations. We provide design/build, construction, engineering and funding opportunities for large projects ($100 million to $50 billion +) as well as humanitarian development for governments and private developments. TRG does this through the formation of public / private partnerships to monetize in–ground assets and place the assets into one of our many Trading Platforms to meet the needs and desires of the country or private firm.

Today over 3.5 billion people live in countries rich in diamonds, gold oil, gas and other minerals. With good governance, the exploration of these resources can generate large revenues to foster growth and reduce poverty. However, when governance is weak, it may result in poverty, corruption and conflict. The Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative and TRG strengthen governments by improving transparency and accountability in the extractive process.

Humanitarian programs will provide the resources for communities to provide people with the basic services and resources necessary to support family life and make commerce possible. The programs will help communities develop effective social services through collaborative efforts to improve health care facilities, education, communication, transportation, utility, water and sewage systems, and establish strong community empowerment.

THE ROSENTHALL GROUP supports improved governance in resource-rich countries through the verification and full publication of company payments and government revenues from oil, gas and mining. Please contact our local partner for more detail on the principles and benefits of TRG.

Our Vision

TRG seeks a world of hope, tolerance and social justice, where poverty has been overcome and people live in dignity and security. The Rosenthall Group will be a global force and a partner of choice within a worldwide movement dedicated to ending poverty. We will be known everywhere for our unshakable commitment to the dignity of people of our Mother Lands.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve Governments, Public and Private Firms, individuals and families in the poorest communities in the world. Drawing strength from our global diversity, resources and experience, we promote innovative solutions and are advocates for global responsibility. We facilitate lasting change by:

Strengthening capacity for self-help

Monetize natural resources for economic development

Humanitarian development

Developing sovereign wealth programs for African Countries

Private Placement Programs (PPP) with Trading Platforms

Providing economic opportunities

International banking instruments

Delivering relief in emergencies

Influencing policy decisions at all levels

Addressing discrimination in all its forms

Guided by the aspirations of governments and local communities, we pursue our mission with both excellence and compassion because the people whom we serve deserve nothing less. We provide a standard for companies to publish what they pay and for governments to disclose what they receive.

THE ROSENTHALL GROUP has a robust yet flexible methodology that ensures time lines, budgets and global standards are maintained with all projects. TRG, in a nutshell, has a globally developed standard that promotes revenue transparency at the local level and establishes the methodology countries need to follow to become fully compliant with world organizations. We help generate business, train workers and create jobs that will sustain families and fuel growth.

The Health Education and Learning Program for Black Males The National Organization for People of Color Against Suicide Conference Feb. 26-27, 2010

The Health Education and Learning Program
for Black Males
Africana Studies Department
100 Morrissey Blvd.
Dorchester, MA 02125

Dear Friend:

During a period of my illness, I saw a world that I never knew existed. That world was full of bureaucratic challenges, uncertainty about my survival and more.

During that time, I needed to know that I would get well, that my insurance was in good standing and that I would not become a burden on my family and I could generate enough income to live the life I had grown to appreciate.

Out of my experience, I began to think of men who were not as fortunate as I. Many of them had no job, did not know or understand the system, had no place to live (no home) and had no family.

Over the last decade, we have held many conferences: Diabetes, Heart Disease, Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, HIV/AIDS, The Criminal Justice System and Black Males, Mental Health (get your mind right), The need for Women in Black Males Health and The Consequences of War on Black Family and more. Last year we held a one-day planning session on “Call to Action”. This year we will hold a conference on “Affirming Life”, suicide prevention, awareness and activism. We can make our lives more productive without the suicide and its effect on society

Extensive research confirmed that African American males are in crisis.

According to American Association of Suicidology, in 2005, 1,992 African Americans completed suicide in the U.S of these, 1,621 (81%) were males (rate of 8.7 per 100,000). The suicide rate for females was 1.8 per 100,000.

We prevailed upon University of Massachusetts Boston to help us and they did. We founded The Health Education and Learning Program for Black Males, designed to initiate dialogue and action aimed at increasing awareness and effecting positive change towards the health care needs of men of African Descent.

You are invited to join The Health Education and Learning Program and The National Organization for People of Color Against Suicide and become a part of a nationwide movement to promote suicide prevention, awareness and activism that will foster a heather community, state and nation.

Sincerely,

Senator Bill Owens (rtd)
Founder/Director

Facebook Ambassador Andrew Williams Jr. Beverly Hills

BEVERLY HILLS’ NEWEST GLOBAL AMBASSADOR ANDREW WILLIAMS, JR.

Beverly Hills, California October 16, 2009: Ambassador Andrew Williams, Jr. represents a global constituency from 5th floor offices at the iconic Flynt Publications Building, located at 8484 Wilshire Boulevard, in Beverly Hills.

The World Leaders Coalition (http://linkth.at/j6) has initiated its activities on Facebook through Globcal and its groups; the "Facebook People's Embassy" and "Facebook Diplomatic Corps".

Colonel David Jeffrey Wright appointed Andrew Williams, Jr. to represent the United States as a Facebook Goodwill and Public Diplomacy Ambassador (http://linkth.at/me).

The world leaders featured in the program include US President Barack Obama, Brazilian President Lula Da Silva, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, and many other European, African, Latin American, Caribbean, and Asian Leaders, including the Presidents of China and India. There are also religious and political leaders involved based on the non-conflict peace based coalition message they support together. Some of the goodwill ambassadors include Oprah Winfrey, Angelina Jolie, Elton John, Sting, and many more.

These leaders and motivated personalities are united through their alignment, common beliefs, causes, and similar idealism on certain matters including human rights, organized labor, peace, anti-corruption, cooperation, fair-trade and more. The program is an interactive cross-platform communications subnetwork that allows transparency between the extremes using agents (ambassadors) as intermediaries.

Anyone on Facebook can communicate with ambassadors from People's Embassy diplomatic corps (http://linkth.at/mf) representing the World Leaders Coalition.
The Facebook People's Embassy program ambassadors are assigned for each geopolitical and cultural niche to include most social circles, groups of people, and geo-regions, these Ambassadors are given the privilege to directly post a weekly dispatch and communicate directly with these all of the world leaders collectively.

Ambassadors post their weekly dispatch based on their communications in the Embassy and from the special Ambassador pages assigned and authorized by Globcal on local and global matters presented by their constituencies. Dispatches are presented under strict protocols and ambassadors are trained to be familiar with presentation rules and writing style.

This is a strictly volunteer position. Donations are neither solicited nor accepted. Yet, Ambassador Andrew Williams Jr. believes like-minded supporters in the entertainment, media and non-profit arenas can help capture community and worldwide publicity and promotional exposure to shape and progress a shared agenda.

“My Facebook Ambassador page (http://linkth.at/io) is the ‘funnel’ to attract stakeholder causes, issues, interests and comments. My role is to represent those interests once each month in an online dialogue with World Leaders.”

ABC FINANCIAL LITERACY PROJECT * Beverly Hills, California: Mr. Williams, as Managing Director of ABC Financial Literacy Project (http://abcflp.org) is also seeking "talent" and "production teams" to produce a series of Public Service Announcements, Press and News Releases, featuring Members of local Chambers of Commerce to appear at local schools and colleges nationwide in support of the Sister Cities International Citizens Diplomacy Network and United Nations' Millennium Development Goals 2015 project.

“One objective is to get business owners in each District to make monthly appearances at schools in their "District" or community to talk with students about (1) how their particular business applies financial literacy to operate and manage their business and (2) what talents, skills and abilities decided them to choose their particular business, thereby becoming role models the kids can emulate.”

“Our success can help Los Angeles communities derive benefit from a more active involvement with Sister Cities International (http://linkth.at/mj) by treating this entire effort as a demonstration model to encourage the participation and support for multi-lingual and multi-cultural financial literacy projects and school presentations by surrounding business owners, parents and organizations representing each of the 25 Los Angeles Sister Cities International ‘twins’ as well as smaller ‘ethnic’ and ‘neighborhood’ chambers of commerce and business associations, all of whom we are asking to join the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce in order to strengthen and sustain educational and economic development projects locally and internationally.
